The band are pleased to add another podium finish to their accolades with a 3rd Place result over the weekend at the North East Midlands Contest, where they gave their debut performance of the test piece, “Legacy for Brass Band” by Tom Davoren.
It’s going to be a busy few weeks ahead for the band as they take to the stage on Saturday night at the Yorkshire Regionals Preview Concert featuring Hammonds Band, followed by an Open Rehearsal on Wednesday 4th March at Newton Hall and finally the Yorkshire Regional Brass Band Championships on Saturday 7th March at Huddersfield Town Hall.
